Terms of Service

VÆN Padel is a padel companion: an Americano organizer, match logging, the VÆN rating, and a gear locker. The service is operated by JVA Management BV, Koolmijnlaan 405 bus 1, Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. Contact: officialvaen@gmail.com.

The app is free to use. VÆN Premium (€9.99 / month) is offered as a waitlist at launch; no payment is taken until it goes live and you actively subscribe.

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials to yourself. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use VÆN Padel.

Play fair off the court too. Do not abuse the service, scrape it, attempt to break its security, or disrupt other players. Accounts used that way can be suspended.

What you log is yours: your matches, your gear, your profile. By using the app you give us the license we need to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you. Nothing more.

The VÆN rating is an estimate built from the matches you log. It is not an official ranking and carries no weight with any federation or competition body.

We work hard to keep VÆN Padel available and fast, but the service is provided on a best-effort basis, without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by mandatory Belgian law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, after fair consideration.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute belongs to the competent courts of Belgium.
